Recognized specialist in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in Poland and many EU countries including Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, and more. Member of the Expert Council of the Polish Plastics Pact and the Greater Poland Employers’ Association.

Author of a YouTube channel explaining key issues related to BDO and environmental reporting in Poland and the EU. Creator of numerous training sessions and courses for various industries, including HoReCa, food industry, and e-commerce, including within the Allegro Academy. He educates entrepreneurs every day on social media.

Simon Dziak-Czekan

CEO

Graduate of Kent State University Business School, USA. CEO of SPDC International Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in the production and trade of recycled LDPE, HDPE, and PP plastics.

By 2023, he introduced over 300,000 tons of polyolefin recyclates to the market. He is also involved in the recovery of paper and metal waste, and in the development of recycling technologies for multi-material packaging waste. From 2015 to 2023, he served as President of the Polish Recycling Association.

He also provides environmental and industry consulting. Participant in numerous legislative working groups. In his free time, he hosts the ‘Simon Says Recycling’ podcast, travels, sails, and plays golf.
